It all starts with a “hello!” To begin the adventure, fill out my brief inquiry form, and I’ll be in touch within three weekdays. I’ll share an in-depth guide to the collections I offer and be available to answer any questions you have.
3-8 weeks before your session

Next things next, let’s save the date! We’ll work together to find the perfect day and time for your session, depending on the session style you’ve selected. Then, I’ll send a customized proposal your way so you can make a final package selection and add on any a la carte items you’d like. Once your package is finalized, I’ll send an agreement and a $200 retainer invoice your way to reserve your date.
2-8 weeks before your session
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
After receiving both the agreement and paid retainer, the fun really begins! I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire so you can share more about what your perfect senior session would look like. This way, we can ensure you have an epic experience from start to finish.
2-6 weeks before your session

While you’re working on the questionnaire, I’ll also send a detailed session prep guide your way. Packed with wardrobe advice, location options, and even tips on how to prepare the night before, you’ll start to feel even more confident about the session ahead.

After reviewing your completed questionnaire and giving you some time to explore my top location options, I’ll recommend 2-4 spots that I think would be perfect for your session. And if you have any ideas, I’d love to hear them, too! Together, we’ll nail down the ideal location and start making concrete plans for your session.

The big day is almost here! With just one or two more sleeps ‘til session day, I’ll send a quick reminder and confirmation your way. If you’d like to make any final adjustments, now’s the time to do it. This is also when I’ll be in touch about backup plans if the weather looks like it could misbehave on session day.

After all the planning, posing, and waiting, it’s time for the big reveal! Gather your friends and family to scroll through your full gallery. Then, if you’ve booked the Classic or Signature collections, narrow down your favorites to decide which ones you’d like to keep. Once you’ve made your choices, they are all yours to print, share, and enjoy! But the adventure doesn’t end here...
3 weeks after your session
EXPLORE YOUR GALLERY
The last step in the journey is getting your favorite photos off your computer and onto your walls! Choose which images you’d like to see transformed into physical products, like art prints and albums. And just a couple of weeks after you’ve made your selections, your products will be created and ready to hang!
