RETURN POLICY

Our main goal is to provide you with photographs and products that you want to look at every day. Due to the custom nature of the product we provide, returns can only be processed if there is an issue. If you are at all unhappy with a product you receive from us, please let us know immediately. We will do our absolute best to accommodate any problems you may have with the products that we produce for you.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND DESIGN

Products that are custom designed are not eligible for return. If you are ordering a custom designed product, you will always have final approval before the product is ordered and produced. Any issues should be spotted at that point in the process so we can fix them before creating the final product. You are responsible for finding any errors (including spelling, color, and photo arrangement) during your approval of the design. If it is not pointed out at the time of approval, we will not be able to replace the product without an additional fee. If the error is pointed out ahead of time and not fixed, we will accept the responsibility for the error and provide a replacement product free of charge. 

QUALITY ISSUES

We strive to provide the highest quality of product we can. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to fix the issue and find you a satisfying replacement. 

DIGITAL FILES AND DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products and their ability to be duplicated, digital products can not be returned or refunded. If there is an issue with quality, we will work with you to fix that issue. 

SESSION FEES

Session fees cannot be refunded after the session has occurred, but if you are unhappy with your images we will arrange a reshoot if you are willing.
